Prepaid Minute Plans
At Voxcent VOICE we offer one of the lowest rates for toll free usage available today, but with our prepaid minute plans you can make that rate even lower.

| *Prepaid minutes apply to calls to and from any of the 48 contiguous states; AK, HI, and PR. Minutes expire on the anniversary date of the prepaid plan and are charged monthly along with the monthly rental. **This is the monthly cost for your usage only. Incoming Rate: This is the usage rate for incoming calls including listening to outbound messages, leaving messages, listening to voicemail. This rate is also charged for Call Back message delivery, Voice Blasts, Paging and Fax Back.
Forwarded Rate: This refers to calls that are call forwarded to you as well as use of the card less calling card. Note: We connect two calls to create a forwarded call, thus, each forwarded call reduces your prepaid minutes by 2 minutes for every minute of usage.
Non-Prepaid Plans: You will be billed 6.9 cents per minute for incoming calls and an additional 4.4 cents per minute for connected calls. These minutes are billed in six second increments. You will be billed once a month, unless you go over 75% of your initial activation fee of $35 for automatic credit card deduction. If you go over 75% of your activation fee, you will be billed the following Friday for your call charges only.
If you wish to pay by check, you will be charged the $35 activation fee plus an additional $75 deposit. If you go over 75% of your combined activation fee and deposit you will be billed the following Friday for call charges only.
Additional Minutes: Minutes in excess of your plan minutes are charged at the rate shown for non-prepaid above. If you go over your prepaid minutes, you will get an invoice the following Friday for call charges only. International Rates: Your prepaid minute plan does not include international calls. Please see the rates below for international calls.

International Calling
Special 6.9 cents per minute (USD) rate for Canada
We are pleased to announce we are now able to offer you 6.9 cents per minute (USD) for calls from Canada! This means if your call originates from any of the 48 contiguous US states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada you only pay 6.9¢ per minute in 6 second increments. For connected (conversation) calls you pay an additional 4.4¢ per minute.
Other International Rates
We are able to forward calls to other countries at a slightly higher rate. Please click here for a complete list of international rates.
NOTE: If you purchase a prepaid minute plan, your Canadian and all other international calls, will be billed separately. International calls are not included with the prepaid minute plans. Charges to your credit card are in US Dollars.
